Sessions are structured around your priorities and built on the GROW coaching approach; the kind of thinking partnership that helps you find your own clarity and move forward with confidence. I work with leadership teams to review what's in place, shape a meaningful approach rooted in evidence-based research, and support implementation over time. This might mean reviewing your CPD action plans, working alongside your CPD lead, or developing coaching approaches that your staff will actually embrace. Whatever the starting point, I'll help you build something sustainable.
I design CPD programmes, frameworks, and professional learning resources from scratch or by strengthening what you already have. I also create professional learning content for organisations including the National Institute of Teaching. Get in touch to talk through what you need.
