I work with school leaders to build professional learning cultures through learning design, facilitation, coaching and evaluation.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief in the power of people working together to find solutions. With over 15 years of experience in education, from classroom teacher to CPD leader, to Regional Expert Adviser, I’ve learned that sustainable school improvement comes from building genuine connections and collaborative cultures.
I specialise in designing engaging professional learning experiences, facilitating sessions that encourage honest reflection and dialogue, coaching leaders to navigate complex challenges, and evaluating impact in ways that inform real improvement. Whether I’m working with a single school or across a trust, my focus is always on creating the conditions for meaningful learning and growth.
